Your Refund Rights

You are entitled to request a refund for our consultation services under specific conditions:

• Cancellation: You may cancel your scheduled consultation up to 24 hours before the appointment time. In such cases, you may request a full refund.

• Missed Appointments: If you miss your consultation appointment without prior cancellation, refunds will not be provided.

• Dissatisfaction with Service: If you are not satisfied with the consultation provided, you must inform us within 48 hours of the consultation to request a refund.
